In Brazil put up for sale rotating flats

In the Brazilian city of Curitiba built residential building, 11 floors-sections which can rotate around its axis, making a complete turnover of 360 degrees. According to the company-builder, it is the only building in the world, where Brazil apartments (each occupies a floor) able to move clockwise as well as against it independently of each other.

Panoramic rotation in the high-tech home run voice command and a full traffic area of 300 square meters of apartments requires about 1 hour. Implementing such a unique project demanded 10 years of work, builders and architects. The first sale began in mid-December 2004.

The price of apartments is about $ 300,000.
